Our Courage to Soar Continues

Starting July 1st, we roar forward with our new theme, "On Purpose." This theme invites reflection. As individuals, we are constantly evolving and growing, whether we realize it or not. Stagnation is not an option. Growth often begins in discomfort. "On Purpose" challenges us to step intentionally into new spaces, embrace opportunities, and take bold leaps even when it feels uncertain to build the future together. 

With the start of the new fiscal year, welcome any change that comes with it. It is a chance to start fresh, reinvent, and continue the work we are already doing. At CLDW, discussions focused on how to attract new members and engage current ones. A key takeaway? We cannot rely solely on "what we've always done." Our members' needs are evolving and so must we.

We talked about embracing change and riding the waves that come with it. Let's ride those waves. Navigating change can be a good thing. It may feel uncertain at first, but with the courage we already have, it can lead to new growth.
